The total construction area of the project is approximately 168,000 square meters, with an exterior resembling ‘terraced dragon’ and a balanced layout of twin towers. It includes a 22-story ultra 5A Grade A office building and a 21-story five-star hotel. This combination will facilitate interactions between commercial, office, dining, cultural, and entertainment functions, creating a multifunctional and highly efficient business complex. Notably, the internationally renowned InterContinental Crown Holiday Hotel management company has been involved in the project’s planning and design, offering world-class services for business travelers and future corporate occupants.
The project is expected to be put into use in 2018 and will become a new iconic building in the East Lake High-tech Zone. Officials from the East Lake High-tech Zone Administration Committee have stated that the Optics Valley Financial Center project holds significant importance in enhancing the international image, comprehensive service level, and urban functionality of Optics Valley.
