This is another five-star hotel engineering project completed by Songjiang Group, which supplied expansion bellows products to various large-scale star hotels across the country.
I. Introduction of Leqing Hongqiao Kaiyuan Mingdu Grand Hotel:
The hotel project is located in Hongqiao Town, Leqing City. Leqing is situated along the southeastern coast of Zhejiang, on the north bank of the Oujiang River estuary. Hongqiao Town serves as the central town in the northern part of Leqing and is a millennium-old town nestled between mountains and the sea. It is often referred to as the “Pearl of the East Sea” and is situated at the southern foothills of the national scenic area, YanDang Mountain. To the east, it overlooks the deep-water harbor of Leqing Bay, and to the south, it connects to the Yongtai-Wenzhou Expressway. The town is conveniently connected to the 104 National Highway and the Yongtai-Wenzhou Expressway via the Hongqiao exit, along with Hongqiao Feihong Avenue. Hongqiao Town plays a crucial role in Leqing City and is renowned as one of the birthplaces of the “Wenzhou Model,” known for its pioneering spirit.

The main building has 20 floors and stands at a height of 80 meters, while the auxiliary building has 5 floors with a height of 35.5 meters. The podium building consists of 4 floors and has a height of 22.7 meters. The hotel plans to offer nearly 400 sets of luxurious and comfortable guest rooms, complete with various restaurants, banquet halls, and multipurpose halls. Additionally, the hotel will feature a variety of recreational facilities.
