Introduction to the use of Shanghai Songjiang stainless steel corrugated compensator for Suzhou subway water chiller:
1. Main products used: stainless steel corrugated compensator, stainless steel metal hose, rubber joint and other products.
2. Stainless steel corrugated compensator model: BGF, stainless steel metal hose model: JTW, rubber joint model: KXT.
3. In October 2015, Songjiang Group provided several batches of corrugated compensator products for the Suzhou Metro project. The flange is made of carbon steel, and the corrugated material is made of stainless steel 304!
Introduction to Suzhou Metro Project:
1. Suzhou Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Suzhou Rail Transit Co., Ltd. established in May 2002, is a large state-owned enterprise directly under the city. The group completed its merger in 2013, forming a “five in one” pattern of rail transit planning, construction, operation, resource development, and property management. Currently, it has 7 departments, 7 branches (subsidiaries), centers, and 5 foreign investment companies, with a total of over 3000 employees.
2. Suzhou Rail Transit follows the pace of economic and social development in Suzhou, and timely starts the planning and construction of rail transit projects in accordance with the unified deployment of the municipal party committee and government. In February 2007, the first round of rail transit construction planning in our city was approved by the State Council. On April 28, 2012, after four years and four months of construction, Rail Transit Line 1 was opened ahead of schedule, making Suzhou the first prefecture level city in China to construct and operate rail transit. On December 28, 2013, Rail Transit Line 2 was opened and put into operation half a year ahead of schedule, and Suzhou Rail Transit officially entered the era of networked operation.
3. In January 2012, the second round of construction planning of our city was approved. In September of the same year, the extension line of Line 2, Line 4, and the branch line were commenced, and they are planned to be put into operation in 2016 and 2017, respectively. On December 16, 2014, the construction of Rail Transit Line 3 officially commenced. It is expected that by 2020, the entire Suzhou rail transit line will present a “three vertical and four horizontal” network mode.
