CITIC Bank Metal Hose

Songjiang Group specializes in providing high-quality metal hoses primarily used in air conditioning systems.
The CITIC Bank Information Technology Development Center project is an investment and construction initiative by CITIC Bank in Shunyi New Town, Beijing. It encompasses a research and development center (Building A), another R&D facility (Building B), a production and operation center, and an underground parking structure, among other public buildings. The total land area for this project is 57,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 179,000 square meters.
This project integrates information technology research and development, document center, operational command center, and training facilities into CITIC Bank’s headquarters back-end base. Construction for this project commenced on January 8, 2016, and it is scheduled for completion on September 17, 2018. The structural design includes a frame-shear wall structure and raft foundation, with a design lifespan of 50 years. Specifically, the durability design life is 100 years for the production and operation building and 50 years for all other structures.
