The podium, standing above ground for 3 levels, houses facilities such as a large conference room and staff cafeteria equipped with expansion bellows, with a total height of 19.0 meters. Below ground, there are 2 levels mainly used for parking, civil defense facilities, and equipment rooms.
Scope of Service: Project Management
The new business office building of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Provincial Branch is situated south of Bailongjiang East Street and west of Lushan Road in Jianye District, Nanjing. It occupies an area of approximately 14,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 65,000 square meters (including underground construction). The main building of the tower has a height of 156 meters (2 basement levels and 33 above-ground levels), while the podium is 23.4 meters high, with a total investment of 600 million yuan. Bank of Communications is the first financial institution headquarters to settle in the Hexi Central Business District (CBD). Upon completion, this project will contribute a landmark building to the Hexi New City CBD, significantly enhancing its commercial stature. Our company has been entrusted by the owner to act as the procurement bidding agent for equipment and material procurement for this project.
