Cao Fei Dian Port, also known as “Shaleidian,” is officially referred to as the Tangshan Cao Fei Dian Port Area. It is located in the oldest region to the west of the Luan River’s three deltas, forming approximately 5,500 years ago as a shelter for ancient fishing communities.
Cao Fei Dian Port is adjacent to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban cluster and is conveniently located with distances of 400 nautical miles to Incheon, South Korea, 680 nautical miles to Nagasaki, Japan, and 935 nautical miles to Kobe, Japan.
